I guess winter is almost here. It isn't the typical winter for sure. Maybe a very long fall, which is great for composting!
This month we contacted our local llama ranch and had five 32 gallon containers of llama poop delivered. We love llama poop in our compost as it isn't stinky. We combined it with some chopped up oak leaves from the neighbors (watering to a "glissen" as we go). We then introduced some red wigglers (composting worms).
Can't wait until spring to harvest the end product for the organic garden.
